RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Returns will be issued as CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be done within 7 business days. All Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees. Please send us an e-mail along with your reasoning why you are returning and if the item is damaged, please send us pictures for approval:

Please allow 72 hours for us to reply. Again, all Returns will be issued as CREDIT ONLY.
We will NOT accept any package that does not meet these requirements.
NOTE:
Please do try your best to not try on, handle and repackage the item with care. For any item returned must be received in its original form. Therefore items must be unworn and unwashed, damage free, free of any stains, makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, and perfume, etc., with all Pretty In Nude and product tags attached.
Bodysuits or undergarments are non-returnable.

No in-person drop offs will be accepted at our distribution center. We highly recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate Shipping with a tracking number, for we are not responsible for any lost items or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Pretty In Nude will not be issuing credit.
NOTE:
Pretty In Nude reserves the right to define and limit, refuse and or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
• Irregular or too many returns due to “wardrobe ”
• Excessive returns history worn, altered, laundered, damage or missing items
• For seen fraudulent or criminal activity
Pretty In Nude, has the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to actions implied or predicted from the examples above.
CREDIT OF REIMBURSEMENT
Once your return for credit is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed and applied automatically to your account. A CREDIT CODE will be be issued to you by e-mail. Please make sure to view the e-mail you reply to us with.

All sale items are considered “final sale” and cannot be returned for credit.

EXCHANGES
Since it unforeseen at times that sizing can be different based on size and style desired, Pretty In Nude will allow for the return be processed first back to us. Please e-mail all request for exchanges to (All Customers are responsible for all exchange fees):

Once received at Pretty In Nudes headquarters, we will then resend item of the correct sizing. However, the customer is required to process their own re-shipping fee.
BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL RETURN POLICY
All Sales Are Final. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
